Order on state support for existing and creation of new enterprises of Food and Processing Industry (No. 30 of 1997)

MINISTRY OF AGRICULTURE AND FOOD OF KYRGHYZ REPUBLIC 6TH February 1997 # 30 ORDER On state support for existing and creation of new enterprises of Food and Processing Industry. It is envisaged by Presidential Decree of Kyrghyz Republic from 9th October 1996 “On measures to stabilize production in food and processing industry” that 200 mln. som. loan would be allocation without interest for reconstruction, modernization of existing and creation of new enterprises of food and processing industry. For implementation of Presidential Decree a resolution # 50 from the 1 of February 1997 was adopted by the Government “About state support for existing and creation of new enterprises of Food and Processing Industry.” fulfill the Presidential Decree and Governmental Resolution, I give order: 1. To Deputies of the Minister, Chiefs of Main Departments of the Ministry of Agriculture and Water Resources and its departmental organisations, rayon departments of agriculture to execute Presidential Decree “On measures to stabilize production in food and processing industry” and Governmental Resolution 1 of February 1997 “On state support for existing and creation of new enterprises of Food and Processing Industry”. 2. To set up working group at the Ministry for considering business projects on reconstruction of existing and creation of new enterprises of food and processing industry in accordance with Annex # 1, coming from regional commissions and enterprises of food and processing industry. 3. To oblast, rayon departments of agriculture to create locally working groups and supply collection and consideration of business-plans. After approval of oblast state administration business-projects during 1 (first) quarter of 1997 to present them in working group of the Ministry of Agriculture and Water Resources. 4. To the working group at the Ministry of Agriculture and Water Resources, to provide expertise of business-projects, coming from regional working groups and enterprises of food and processing industry. Drawing up corresponding documents, to hand over business-projects to executing body of the commission - Agency on direct foreign investments attraction under State Property Fund of Kyrghyz Republic. 5. To make Tynaev S.M., First Deputy Minister of agriculture and Water Resources of Kyrghyz Republic responsible for execution of current Decree. Minister K. Abdymomunov
