THE GOVERNMENT OF THE KYRGHYZ REPUBLIC RESOLUTION House of Government, Bisbkek March, 10, 1995, # 78 On transfer of Talas town forests to State Forest Fund of Talasmechanised forestry In order to improve ecological situation of Talas town forests, to preserve and regenerate them and for better forestry management the Government of the Kyrghyz Republic decrees: J. To transfer lands of town forests near town stadium - 33 ha and in north - eastern part of Talas town - 16 ha to State Forest Fund of Talas mechanised forestry in accordance with Appendix. Talas oblast and Talas town administrations to fulfilexplication of lands in the agreed order and to make necessary amendments in land registration documents for Talas oblast. Prime Minister A.
