THE GOVERNMENT OF THE KYRGHYZ REPUBLIC RESOLUTION House of Government. Bishkek July ',1995, # 269 On Approval of normatives and procedures of fees coUection for use of natural resources in the Kyrghyz Republic In order to introduce economic mechanism of use of natural resources in accordance with Articles 3 and II of the Law of the Kyrghyz Republic "On Nature protection" the Government of the Kyrghyz Republic decrees: I. To approve: nonnatives for calculation of fees for use of fauna resources of the Kyrghyz Republic in accordance with Appendix 1; rates for fees for use of flora resources of the Kyrghyz Republic in accordance with Appendix 2; rates for timber in the Kyrghyz Republic in accordance with Appendix 3; normatives for evaluation of forest areas in the Kyrghyz Republic in accordance with Appendix 4: procedures for collection of fees for use flora and fauna resources(including forests) of the Kyrghyz Republic in accordance with Appendix 5. 2. To approve basic rates for use of resources of fresh water of the Kyrghyz Republic and to submit th.em for approval of Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrghyz Republic. 3. To give State Committee of the Kyrghyz Republic on Nature Protection the right to make corrections for rates (depending on price indexation) for use of flora resources, rates for timber, normatives for evaluation of forest areas in the Kyrghyz Republic.
