WATER (WATER QUALITY ANALYSIS) (FEES) RULES, 2009 [L.N. 71/2009.] 1. These Rules may be cited as Water (Water Quality Analysis) (Fees) Rules, 2009. 2. The fees specified in the Schedule shall be payable by the requesting person for the laboratory analysis of water samples in the parameters respectively indicated. 3. The fees shall be payable upon delivery of the water samples to the laboratory for analysis. 4. All fees paid under these Rules shall be non-refundable. SCHEDULE [Rule 2.] A – FULL CHEMICAL ANALYSIS (FCA) B – WASTEWATER/EFFLUENT ANALYSIS C – BACTERIOLOGICAL ANALYSIS Note: Bacteriological analysis is the analysis of water for general coliforms and E.
