These Regulations may be cited as the Survey Gitatiqp. (Amendtpent) Regulations, 2023. 2. Regulation 34 of the Survey Regulations, hereinaft er referred Suli, leg to as the “principal Regulatjgns” is amended— (a) in paragraph (1) by deleting the words “and Sixth ^phedules”appearing immediately after the word “Fifth’’ and substituting therefor the word “Spbedule” ; 2 12 Kenya Subsidiary Legislation, 2024 (b) in paragraph (2) by deleting the word “ Sixth” appearing immediately after the words “ prescribed in the” and substituting therefor the word “ Fif th” ; (c) in paragraph (3) by deleting the word “ Seventh” appearing immediately af ter the words “ prescribed in the” and substituting therefor the word “ Fif th” . 3.
