LEGAL NOTICE NO. 30 THE WATER ACT (No. 43 of 2016) IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section 23 of the Water Act, 2016, the Water Resources Authority makes the following Order– THE LAKE KENYATTA SUB CATCHMENT CONSERVATION AREA (AMENDMENT) ORDER, 2022 1. This Order may be referred to as the Lake Kenyatta Sub Catchment Conservation Area (Amendment) Order, 2022. 2. The Lake Kenyatta Sub Catchment Conservation Area Order, 2021 is amended by deleting paragraph 7 and substituting therefor the following new paragraph — 7. Any person who contravenes this Order commits an offence and is liable, upon conviction to a fine of six thousand shillings and imprisonment for a term not exceeding six months.
