This Order may be referred to as the Amu Sand-dunes Groundwater Conservation Area (Amendment) Order, 2022. Citation 2. The Amu Sand-dunes Groundwater Conservation Area Order, 2021 is amended by deleting paragraph 7 and substituting therefor following new paragraph — Amendment of L. N. 210 of 2021 28A. Any person who contravenes this Order commits an offence and is liable upon conviction to a fine of six thousand shillings and imprisonment for a term not exceeding six months.
