IMPOSITION OF MANGEMENT MEASURES IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section 5 of the Fisheries; Act-the Director of Fisheries, with the approval of the Minister for Rural Development prohibits the following activities. (a) fishing for all species of fish and the use of any kind of fishing gear in the waters of Lake Naivasha; and (b) possession or trading in fish caught from Lake Naivasha.
