Kenya Subsidiary Legislation, 2008 LEGAL NOTICE No. 49 THE LAND CONTROL ACT (Cap. 302) IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section 25 (2) of the Land COI'i~l Act, the Minister for Lands makes the following Regulations: THE LAND CONTROL (AMENDMENT) REGULAnONS, 2008 I. These Regulations may be cited as the Land Control (Amendment) Regulations, 2008. 2. The Land Control Regulations are amended (aJ in regulation 2, by deleting the words "two hundred and fifty shillings" appearing in paragraph! and substituting Kenya Subsidiary Legislation, 2008 therefor the words "two thousand and five hundred 30illing:;"; (b) in regulation 2A, by deleting the words "ten thousand shillings" and substituting therefor the words "twenty thousand shillings"; (c) in regulation 4 {il by deleting the expression "I(Sh. 1,000" appewing in paragraph 2 and substituting therefor the expression "KSh. 5,000"; (ii) by deleting the expression "KSh. 500" appearing in paragraph 3 and substituting therefor the expression "KSh.3,000".
