Fisheries (Safety of Fish, Fishery Products and Fish Feed) (Amendment) Regulations, 2009 (L.N. No. 15 of 2009)

LEGAL NOTICE NO 15 THE FISHERIES ACT (Cap 378) IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section 23 of the Fisheries Act, the Minister for Fisheries Development makes the following Regulations – THE FISHERIES (SAFETY OF FISH, FISHERY PRODUCTS AND FISH FEED)(AMENDMENT) REGULATIONS, 2009 1. These Regulations may be cited as the Fisheries (Safety of Fish, Fishery Products and Fish Feed) (Amendment) Regulations, 2009. 2. The Fisheries (Safety of Fish, Fishery Products and Fish Feed)(Amendment) Regulations, 2007, are amended in the Eleventh Schedule by deleting the expression “1,000” in paragraph 4 and substituting therefore the expression “1,500”.
