Fisheries (General) (Amendment) Regulations, 2006 (L.N. No. 88 of 2006)

LEGAL NOTICE NO. 88 THE FISHERIES ACT (Cap. 378) IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section 14(1) of the Fisheries Act, the Minister for Livestock and Fisheries Development makes the following Regulations THE FISHERIES (GENERAL) (AMENDMENT) REGULATIONS, 2006 Citation. 1. These Regulations may be cited as the Fisheries (General) (Amendment) Regulations, 2006 Sub-Leg. 2. The Fisheries (General) Regulations, in these Regulations referred to as “the principal Regulations”, are amended in regulation 2 by deleting the definition of “fish trader’s license”. 3. The principal Regulations are amended by deleting regulation 10. 4. The principal Regulations are amended by deleting regulation 15. 5. The principal Regulations are amended by deleting regulation 16. 6. The principal Regulations are amended by deleting regulation 17. 7. The principal Regulations are amended by deleting regulation 18. 8. The principal Regulations are amended by deleting regulation 21. 9. The principal Regulations are amended by deleting regulation 22. 10. The principal Regulations are amended by deleting regulation 23. 11. Regulation 58 of the principal Regulations is amended by deleting paragraph (a) and (c). 12. The First Schedule to the principal Regulations is amended – (a) by deleting paragraphs 1,2,3,5,7,8 and 12 in the Notes to FORM DF/A1; (b) by deleting Form DF/L3; (c) by deleting Form DF/L6; (d) by deleting Form DF/L8; (e) by deleting the references to “culture” in Form DF/L10; (f) by deleting Form DF/L11; (g) by deleting the references to trader in Form DF/L12; (h) by deleting Form DF/P1; (i) by deleting Form DF/P2; 13. the Second Schedule to the principal Regulations is amended in paragraph 3.0 by deleting subparagraphs (c), (g), (i), (l), (m), (s) and (t).
