These Regulations may be cited as the Environmental Management and Co-ordination (Water Quality) (Amendment) (No. 2) Regulations, 2025. Citation. 2. Regulation 14 of the Environmental Management and Co- ordination (Water Quality) Regulations, 2024, is amended in subregulation (1), by deleting the words “or as the Authority may prescribe” appearing in paragraph (b).
