These Regulations may be cited as the Dairy Industry (Sales by Producers) (Amendment) Regulations, 2006. Sub-Leg. 2. Regulation 4 of the Dairy Industry (Sales by Producers) Regulations, in these Regulations referred to as the “principal Regulations”, is amended in sub regulation (1) by deleting paragraph (e). 3.
