[Rev. 2012] CAP. 364 Animal Diseases [Subsidiary] 63 [Issue 1] PROHIBITION-IMPORTATION [L.N. 18/2011.] In exercise of the powers conferred by section 8 of the Animal Diseases Act, the Director of Veterinary Services prohibits the importation of live sheep and goats from countries infected with scrapie, caprine arthritis/encephalitis and bovine spongiform encephalopathy.
