THE WILD LIFE PROTECTION ACT THE WILD LIFE PROTECTION (AMENDMENT OF THIRD SCHEDULE) REGULATIONS, 2001 In exercise of the power conferred upon the Natural Resources Conservation Authority by section 14 of the Wild Life Protection Act, and with the approval of the Minister the following Regulations are hereby made: 1. These Regulations may be cited as the Wild Life Protection (Amendment of Third Schedule) Regulations, 2001, and shall be read and construed as one with the Wild Life Protection Act, and all amendments thereto. 2. The Third Schedule to the Wild Life Protection Act is hereby amended by adding immediately below the words "White Coral (Scleractinian or Madreporarian)" the following words "Bottlenose Dolphin (Tursiops truncatus) Sperm Whale (Physeter macrocephalus) Pantropical spotted Dolphin (Stenella attenuata) Baird's beaked Whale (Berardius bairdii) Short-finned Pilot Whale (Globicephala macrorhynchus) Humpback Whale (Megaptera novaeangliae) Reid Seahorse (Hippocampus reidii) Jamaican Kite Swallowtail (Eurytides marcellinus)".
