No. 94C THE WATER RESOURCES ACT THE WATER RESOURCES (PRESCRIBED FEES) REGULATIONS, 2009 In exercise of the power conferred upon the Minister by section 49(1) of the Water Resources Act, and of every other power hereunto enabling, the following Regulations are hereby made:— 1. These Regulations may be cited as the Water Resources (Prescribed Fees) Regulations, 2009. 2. The Fees payable to the Authority in relation to an application for or the grant of a licence or consent shall be as specified in the Schedule.
