JAMAICA GAZETTE SUPPLEMENT PROCLAMATIONS, RULES AND REGULATIONS 673 Vol CXL FRIDAY, JULY 21, 2017 No. 54 No. 124 THE WILD LIFE PROTECTION ACT THE WILD LIFE PROTECTION (HUNTERS LICENCES) REGULATIONS, 2017 In exercise of the power conferred upon the Natural Resources Conservation Authority by section 14 of the Wild Life Protection Act, the following Regulations are made, with the approval of the Minister:— 1. These Regulations may be cited as the Wild Life Protection (Hunters Licences) Regulations, 2017, and shall be read and construed as one with the Wild Life Protection (Hunters’ Licences) Regulations, 1973 (hereinafter referred to as the “principal Regulations”) and all amendments thereto. 674 PROCLAMATIONS, RULES AND REGULATIONS [JULY 21, 2017 2. Regulation 5 of the principal Regulations is amended by deleting the words “fifteen thousand” wherever they appear and substituting therefor, in each case the words “twenty thousand”.
