THE JAMAICA GAZETTE SUPPLEMENT PROCLAMATIONS, RULES AND REGULATIONS 71 Vol. CXXIII TUESDAY, FEBRUARY 22, 2000 No.14 No. 17 THE FISHING INDUSTRY ACT THE FISHING INDUSTRY (AMENDMENT OF SCHEDULE) ORDER, 2000 In exercise of the power conferred upon the Minister by section 26 of the Fishing Industry Act and of every other power hereunto enabling, the following Order is hereby made: 1. This Order may be cited as the Fishing Industry (Amendment of Schedule) Order, 2000, and shall be read and construed as one with the Fishing Industry Act (hereinafter referred to as the principal Act) and all amendments thereto. 2. The Schedule to the Act is amended ( a) by deleting the full stop at the end of paragraph (d) and substituting a semicolon; and 72 PROCLAMATIONS, RULES AND REGULATIONS [FEB.22,2000 (b) by inserting next after paragraph (d) the following as paragraphs (e) and (f) "( e) diving with the use ofunderwater breathing apparatus including Hookah and SCUBA gear; (f) Hawaiian sling.".
