Vol. CXXXVIII 11-IURSDAY, APRIL 9, 2015 No. 23B No.5113 THE ENDAi'IGERED SPECIES (PROTECTION, CONSERVATION AND REGULATION OF TilA.DE) ACT THE ENDANGERED SPECIES (PROTECTION, C ONSERVATION ANO R.EGULJ\TION OF TRADE) (AMENDMENT) REGULATIONS, 2015 In exercise of the power conferred upon the Minister by section 53( I )(b)(i) and (ii) of the Endangered Species (Protection, Conservation and Regulation of Trade) Act, and of every other power hereunto enabling, the following Regulations are hereby made: !. These Regulations may be c ited as the Endangered Species (Protection, Conservation and Regulation of Trade) (Amendment) Regulations, 20 15, and shall be read and construed as one with the Endangered Species (Protection, Conservation and Regulation of Trade) Regulations, 2000 (hereinafter referred to as the "principal Regulations") and all amendments thereto. 234J PROCLAMATIONS, RULES AND REGULATIONS [APRIL 9, 2015 2. Regulations 2 and J of the principal Regulations are amended by delet ing therefrom the words "in regulation 4" wherever they appear and substituting therefor, in each case, the words "in regulation IT'. 3. Regulation 4 of the principal Regulations is deleted. 4. Regulation 6 of the principal Regulations is amended by deleting the words "a fee of five hundred dollars" and substituting therefor the words "the relevant fee specified in regulation IT'. 5. Regulation 7 of the principal Regulations is amended by deleting the words "a fee of one thousand dollars" and substituting there for Ihe words ''the relevant fee specified in regulation IT'. 6. Regulation 8 of the principal Regulations is amended by deleting the words "a fee of five hundred dollars'' and substituting therefor the words "the relevant fee specified in regulation IT'. 7. Regulation I 7 of the principal Regulations is amended by deleting paragraph (I) and substituting therefor the following ( I) There shall be payable in relation to the pennits and certificates specified in Column I the fees specified in Column 2, that is to say Column I Permits and Certificates I.
