EXTRAORDINARY PUBLISHED BY AUTHORITY No. 1310, CUTTACK, WEDNESDAY, AUGUST 13, 2014 / SRAVAN 22, 1936 FISHERIES & ANIMAL RESOURCES DEVELOPMENT DEPARTMENT NOTIFICATION The 8th August, 2014 S.R.O.No.361/2014— In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (a) of Section 3 of the Prevention and Control of Infectious and Contagious Diseases in Animals Act, 2009 (27 of 2009), the State Government do hereby appoint the veterinary practioners registered with the State Veterinary Council or Veterinary Council of India and working under the administrative control of Fisheries & Animal Resources Development Department, Government of Odisha to be the “Veterinarians” to undertake the inspection under the said Act and specified the local limits of their respective jurisdiction to be the jurisdiction for the purpose of the said Act.
