Mizoram Oil Palm (Regulation of Production and Processing) (Amendment) Act, 2007

Mizoram Oil Palm (Regulation of Production and Processing) Act, 2004 [Received the assent of the Governor of Mizoram on 21 st September, 2007] AN ACT to amend the Mizoram Oil Palm (Regulation of Production and Processing) Act, 2004 (Act No. 10 of 2004) (hereinafter referred to as the Principal Act) and matters connected thereto. It is enacted by the Legislative Assembly of Mizoram in the Fifty-eighth year of the Republic of India as follows : Short title & Commencement 1 (1) This Act may be called the Mizoram Oil Palm (Regulation of Production and Processing) (Amendment) Act, 2007. Ex-302/2007 Amendment of Section 1 2. 2 (2) It shall come into force from the date of publ ication in the Official Gazette. For sub-section (2) of se ction 1 of the Principal Act, the following shall be substituted, namely, "(2) It extends to the whole of Mizoram". Sd/ P.
