मानक अजधजनयम, 2006 द2006 का संख यांक 34ध का धारा 92 का उप-धारा द1ध का अपके्षानुसार प्रकाजित दकए गए थे जिससे उन व्यजियों से जिनका इनसे प्रभाजवत होन ेका संभावना है, उस तारीख से जिसको उि अजधसूचना को अंतर्ववष्ट करने वाली रािपत्र का प्रजतया िनता को उपलब्ध करा दी िाती ह,ै तीस ददन का अवजध का समाप्ती से पूवस सुझाव और आक्षेप आमंजत्रत दकए गए थे। और उक् त रािपत्र का प्रजतया िनता को तारीख 29 नवंबर, 2018
