(I) Theserules may be called the Envirenmenr(Protection) Fourth AmendmentRules,2009. (2) They shall come into forceon the dateof their publication inthe Official Gazette. 2. The above standards shall be applicable for different kilns if coal, firewood and! or agricultural residues are used as fuel."
