(1) इन जिजनयमों का संजिप्त नाम भारतीय मानक ब्यूरो (हॉलमार्किं ग) संिोधन जिजनयम, 2022 है। (2) ये रािपत्र में उनके प्रकािन की तारीख को प्रिृत्त होंगे। 2. भारतीय मानक ब्यूरो (हॉलमार्किं ग) जिजनयम, 2018 में अनुसूची IV के स्ट्थान पर जनम्नजलजखत अनुसूची को ``` प्रजतस्ट्थाजपत दकया िाएगा, अथाचत्:- ```text 1518 GI/2022 (1) ``` <!-- page break --> ```text 2 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA : EXTRAORDINARY [PART III—SEC.4] “अनुसूची IV (जिजनयम 10 का उप-जिजनयम (10) िेख)ें हॉलमार्किं ग फीस

    1. (क) आभूषण जिक्रेता द्वारा मान्यताप्रा्‍त असेिंयंग एिं हॉलमार्किं ग कें द्र को सोने की िस्ट्तुं के जलए दिया िाने िाला हॉलमार्किं ग फीस: (i) प्रजत िस्ट्तु 45/- रुपए; और (ii) एक पारे षण के जलए न्यूनतम फीस 200/- रुपए (ख) ब्यूरो द्वारा असेिंयंग और हॉलमार्किं ग कें द्र से सोने की िस्ट्तुं के जलए ली िाने िाली हॉलमार्किं ग फीस: (i) प्रजत िस्ट्तु 4.50/- रुपए; और (ii) एक पारे षण के जलए न्यूनतम फीस 20/- रुपए

    2. (क) आभूषण जिक्रेता द्वारा मान्यताप्रा्‍त असेिंयंग और हॉलमार्किं ग कें द्र को चांिी की िस्ट्तुं के जलए दिया िाने िाला हॉलमार्किं ग फीस: (i) प्रजत िस्ट्तु 35/- रुपए; और (ii) एक पारे षण के जलए न्यूनतम फीस 150/- रुपए (ख) ब्यूरो द्वारा असेिंयंग और हॉलमार्किं ग कें द्र से चांिी की िस्ट्तुं के जलए ली िाने िाली हॉलमार्किं ग फीस: (i) प्रजत िस्ट्तु 3.50/- रुपए; और (ii) एक पारे षण के जलए न्यूनतम फीस 15/- रुपए ``` ठि्‍पण: उपरोक्त के अलािा प्रचजलत िरों के अनुसार लागू कर लगाए िाएंगे।" जस्ट्मता िी नायर, सजचि [जिज्ञापन-III/4/असा./676/2021-22] ठि्‍पण: मूल जिजनयम भारत के रािपत्र असाधारण, भाग III, खंड 4 में फा. सं. बीएस/11/05/2018 तारीख 14 िून, 2018 के अधीन प्रकाजित दकए गए थे और तत्पश्चात फा. सं. बीएस/11/05/2018, तारीख 12 अक्तूबर, 2018 और फा.सं. बीएस/11/05/2018 तारीख 27 अक्तूबर, 2021 द्वारा संिोधन दकए गए थे। BUREAU OF INDIAN STANDARDS (Department of Consumer Affairs) NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 4th March, 2022 F. No. BS/11/05/2018.—In exercise of the powers conferred by section 39 read with sections 13 and 14 of the Bureau of Indian Standards Act, 2016 (11 of 2016), the Bureau, with the previous approval of the Central Government, hereby makes the following regulations to further amend the Bureau of Indian Standards (Hallmarking) Regulations, 2018, namely: - <!-- page break --> ```text [भाग III—खण्ड 4] भारत का रािपत्र : असाधारण 3

  4. 1 — (1) These regulations may be called the Bureau of Indian Standards (Hallmarking) Amendment

    1. (1) These regulations may be called the Bureau of Indian Standards (Hallmarking) Amendment Regulations, 2022. (2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.

  5. 2 — In the Bureau of Indian Standards (Hallmarking) Regulations, 2018, for Schedule IV, the following

    2. In the Bureau of Indian Standards (Hallmarking) Regulations, 2018, for Schedule IV, the following ``` Schedule shall be substituted, namely:- “Schedule IV (refer sub-regulation (10) of regulation 10) Hallmarking Fee ```text

  6. 1 — (a) Hallmarking fee for gold articles payable to recognised Assaying and Hallmarking Centres by

    1. (a) Hallmarking fee for gold articles payable to recognised Assaying and Hallmarking Centres by jewellers shall be: (i) Rs. 45/- per article; and (ii) Minimum fee for a consignment as Rs. 200/-. ``` (b) The hallmarking fee to be levied by the Bureau from Assaying and Hallmarking Centre for gold articles shall be: ```text (i) Rs. 4.50/- per article; and (ii) Minimum fee for a consignment as Rs. 20/-.

  7. 2 — (a) Hallmarking Fee for silver articles payable to recognised Assaying and Hallmarking Centres

    2. (a) Hallmarking Fee for silver articles payable to recognised Assaying and Hallmarking Centres by jewellers shall be : (i) Rs. 35/- per article; and (ii) Minimum fee for a consignment as Rs. 150/-. ``` (b) The hallmarking fee to be levied by the Bureau from Assaying and Hallmarking Centre for silver articles shall be: ```text (i) Rs. 3.50/- per article; and (ii) Minimum fee for a consignment Rs. 15/-. ``` Note: applicable taxes as per prevalent rates shall be levied in addition to the above.” SMITHA G.
