BE it enacted by tbe Legislative AssembIy of Aruna chal Pradtsh in the Thirty-sccond Year o f the Republic of India as follows : I . (I) This Act may be called thc Arunachal Pra- Short desh Anchal Foremt Reserve (Constitution and Maintcnancc) title aud Arncndn~cnt Act, 198 1 . commcn cement . '(2) It shall come into force at once. 2. In the Arunachal Pradeah Anchal Forcsl Re~ervc Amend ( Constitution nad Maiutenatlce:) Act, 1975 ( hereinafter ment of referred to as the principal Act ), in sub-neetion I t ) of sect ion 2. [ section - 2, (a) after claute (c) the folIowing clause nhall bc inserted namely : "(cc) "prcscrjbcd" means prescribed by rules mado undcr section 6 ' " tb) after clausc (d) the following clause mhall b t inserted namely : "(dd) "villagun means a vi l la~e as defined I under clause (xii) of section 2 of the NEFA ! In section 3 of the principa1 Act, for rub-scc- Amend lion (2). the followjng shall be tubstitutcd, namely :- mcnt of wction 3. "(2) All lands, where forcst plantations cnn be raiwd, shril be constituted into Anchal Forert Resmrvca.' ' 4. In section 5 or the principal Act,- Amend ment of section 5 . (a) for the words "Zilla Parishad", wherover they occur, tho WOI-d '-villa&' shall bt substituted ; (b) in clause (i} tho word "be" shaI1 bc inwrted rfitr the ward "hereinafter" and before the words "referred" ; (c) in claure (v i ) the following proviso shull ba added rt the end, namely : ''Provided that 50' pmr cent of such amount shall bs utiliscd for tlic development act ivitics of thc village concenied in such manner and by such authority as may bc proscribed ;" Id) the ;existing da~isa'~(vi'i)' shall bc omitted. : 5.
