1. These Regulations may be cited as the Health Act 1947 (Section 31A – Temporary Restrictions) (Covid-19) (Amendment) (No. 2) Regulations 2020.
2. Paragraph (b) of Regulation 3 shall come into operation on the 5th day of May 2020.
3. The Health Act 1947 (Section 31A – Temporary Restrictions) (Covid- 19) Regulations 2020 (S.I. No. 121 of 2020) (amended by the Health Act 1947 (Section 31A – Temporary Restrictions) (Covid-19) (Amendment) Regulations 2020 (S.I. No. 128 of 2020)) are amended - (a) in Regulation 2, by the substitution of “the 18th day of May 2020” for “the 5th day of May 2020”, and (b) in Regulation 4(2)(i), by the substitution of “within a 5 kilometre radius of that residence” for “within a 2 kilometre radius of that residence”. These Regulations amend Regulation 2 the Health Act 1947 (Section 31A- Temporary Restrictions) (Covid-19) Regulations 2020 (S.I. No. 121 of 2020) to provide that the Regulations shall remain in operation until 18 May 2020. The Regulations also amend Regulation 4(2)(i) to extend the radius referred to there from 2 kilometres to 5 kilometres.
