No. 267 of 2013 FOOD HYGIENE (REVOCATION OF VARIOUS ORDERS) ORDER 2013 I, JAMES REILLY, Minister for Health, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by Regulations 2, 35 and 55 of the Food Hygiene Regulations, 1950 (S.I. No. 205 of 1950) (as adapted by the Agriculture, Fisheries and Food (Alteration of Name of Department and Title of Minister) Order 2011 (S.I. No. 455 of 2011)), after consultation with the Minister for Agriculture, Food and the Marine, hereby make the following regulations: 1. This Order may be cited as the Food Hygiene (Revocation of Various Orders) Order 2013. 2. The following Orders are revoked— (a) Food Hygiene Regulations, 1950 (Shellfish Controlled Areas) Order, 1951 (S.I. No. 16 of 1951); (b) Food Hygiene Regulations, 1950 (Commencement of Part IV) Order, 1951 (S.I. No. 270 of 1951); (c) Food Hygiene (Official Certificate No. 1) Order, 1952 (S.I. No. 94 of 1952); (d) Food Hygiene (Official Certificate No. 2) Order, 1952 (S.I. No. 150 of 1952); (e) Food Hygiene Regulations, 1950 (Shellfish Controlled Area) Order, 1952 (S.I. No. 273 of 1952); (f) Food Hygiene (Official Certificate No. 3) Order, 1953 (S.I. No. 306 of 1953); (g) Food Hygiene (Official Certificate No. 4) Order, 1954 (S.I. No. 201 of 1954); (h) Food Hygiene (Official Certificate No. 5) Order, 1955 (S.I. No. 20 of 1955); (i) Food Hygiene (Official Certificates Nos. 6 and 7) Order, 1963 (S.I.
