FISHERY HARBOUR CENTRES ACT 1980 LONG TITLE An Act to amend and extend the Fishery Harbour Centres Act, 1968. [2nd July, 1980] BE IT ENACTED BY THE OIREACHTAS AS FOLLOWS: Definition. 1.—In this Act "the Principal Act" means the Fishery Harbour Centres Act, 1968. Amendment of Schedule to Principal Act. 2.—section 4 of the Principal Act is hereby amended by the substitution in subsection (6) (a) of "£500" for "£100". Amendment of Schedule to Principal Act. 3.—The Schedule to the Principal Act is hereby amended by the substitution of "Rossaveel" for "Galway". Short title and collective citation. 4.—(1) This Act may be cited as the Fishery Harbour Centres Act, 1980.
