No. 58 of 2020 EUROPEAN COMMUNITIES (VEGETABLE SEEDS) (AMENDMENT) REGULATIONS 2020 I, Michael Creed, Minister for Agriculture, Food and the Marine, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 3 of the European Communities Act 1972 (No. 27 of 1972), for the purpose of giving effect to Commission Implementing Directive (EU) 2019/990 of 17 June 20191, hereby make the following regulations: 1. These Regulations may be cited as the European Communities (Vegetable Seeds) (Amendment) Regulations 2020. 2. The European Communities (Vegetable Seeds) Regulations 2001 (S.I. No. 306 of 2001) are amended by substituting in Regulation 2(1) for the definition of “Directive” (as amended by the European Communities (Vegetable Seeds) (Amendment) Regulations 2017 (S.I.
