European Communities (Undesirable Substances in Feedingstuffs) (Amendment) Regulations 2003 (S.I. No. 694 of 2003)

S.I. No. 694 of 2003 European Communities (Undesirable Substances in Feedingstuffs) (Amendment) Regulations 2003 I, Joe Walsh, Minister for Agriculture and Food, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 3 of the European Communities Act 1972 (No. 27 of 1972), for the purpose of giving effect to Commission Directive No. 2003/100/EC of 31 October 20031, hereby make the following regulations 1. (1) These Regulations may be cited as the European Communities (Undesirable Substances in Feedingstuffs) (Amendment) Regulations 2003 (2) The Principal Regulations and these Regulations may be cited as the European Communities (Undesirable Substances in Feedingstuffs) Regulations 2003 2. In these Regulations “Principal Regulations” means the European Communities (Undesirable Substances in Feedingstuffs) Regulations 2003 (S.I. No. 317 of 2003). 3. Regulation 2 (1) of the Principal Regulations is amended by substituting the definition of “Directive” for the following “‘Directive’ means Directive No. 2002/32/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of 7 May 2002 as amended by Commission Directive No. 2003/57/EC of 17 June 2003 and Commission Directive No. 2003/100/EC of 31 October 2003;”. 4. The European Communities (Pesticide Residues) (Feedingstuffs) Regulations, 1992 (S.I. No. 40 of 1992) is revoked.
