No. 23 of 2015 EUROPEAN COMMUNITIES (HEALTH OF AQUACULTURE ANIMALS AND PRODUCTS) (AMENDMENT) REGULATIONS 2015 I, SIMON COVENEY, Minister for Agriculture, Food and the Marine, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 3 of the European Communi ties Act 1972 (No. 27 of 1972), for the purpose of giving effect to Commission Implementing Directive 2014/22/EU of 13 February 20141, hereby make the fol lowing regulations: 1. These Regulations may be cited as the European Communities (Health of Aquaculture Animals and Products) (Amendment) Regulations 2015. 2. The European Communities (Health of Aquaculture Animals and Products) Regulations 2008 (S.I. No. 261 of 2008) are amended by substituting in Regulation 2(1), for the definition of “Council Directive” the following— “Council Directive” means Council Directive No. 2006/88/EC of 24 October 20062, as amended by Commission Implementing Directive 2014/22/EU of 13 February 2014”. 3. The European Communities (Health of Aquaculture Animals and Products) (Amendment) Regulations 2013 (S.I. No. 586 of 2013) are revoked. Given under my Official Seal, 19 January 2015.
