No. 117 of 2008 EUROPEAN COMMUNITIES (CLASSICAL SWINE FEVER) (RESTRICTION ON IMPORTS) (AMENDMENT) REGULATIONS 2008 I, MARY COUGHLAN, Minister for Agriculture, Fisheries and Food, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 3 of the European Communi ties Act 1972 (No. 27 of 1972) and for the purpose of giving effect to Com mission Decision 2008/225/EC of 14 March 20081, hereby make the following regulations— 1. These Regulations may be cited as the European Communities (Classical Swine Fever) (Restriction on Import) (Amendment) Regulations 2008. 2. The European Communities (Classical Swine Fever) (Restriction on Imports) Regulations 2007 (S.I. No. 130 of 2007) are amended in Regulation 2(1) by the substitution for the definition of “Commission Decision” of— “ ‘Commission Decision’ means Commission Decision No. 2006/805/EC of 24 November 2006, Commission Decision No. 2007/152/EC of 6 March 2007 and Commission Decision 2008/225/EC of 14 March 2008;”. 3. The European Communities (Classical Swine Fever) (Restriction on Imports) (Amendment) Regulations 2007 (S.I. No. 210 of 2007) and the Euro pean Communities (Classical Swine Fever) (Restriction on Imports) (Amendment) (No. 2) Regulations 2007 (S.I. No. 258 of 2007) are revoked.
