No. 258 of 2007 EUROPEAN COMMUNITIES (CLASSICAL SWINE FEVER) (RESTRICTION ON IMPORTS) (AMENDMENT) (NO. 2) REGULATIONS 2007 I, MARY COUGHLAN, Minister for Agriculture and Food, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 3 of the European Communities Act 1972 (No. 27 of 1972) and for the purpose of giving effect to Commission Decision 2007/152/EC of 6 March 20071, hereby make the following regulations— 1. These Regulations may be cited as the European Communities (Classical Swine Fever) (Restriction on Imports) (Amendment) (No. 2) Regulations 2007. 2. The European Communities (Classical Swine Fever) (Restriction on Imports) Regulations 2007 (S.I. No. 130 of 2007) are amended in Regulation 2(1) by substituting the following for the definition of “Commission Decision”— “ ‘Commission Decision’ means Commission Decision 2006/805/EC of 24 November 20062, Commission Decision 2007/137/EC of 23 February 20073 and Commission Decision 2007/152/EC of 6 March 2007;”.
