This Order may be cited as the Environment, Community and Local Government (Delegation of Ministerial Functions) Order 2014. 2. The powers (other than the power to prosecute an offence) and duties of the Minister for the Environment, Community and Local Government conferred on him by or under the enactments and the provisions of the enactments speci fied in the Schedule are delegated to Paudie Coffey, Minister of State at the Department of the Environment, Community and Local Government.
