(5) The companies as meantin paragraph (2) andpara graph (3) planning to secure the exportapproval of riceasmeantin paragraph (4) shall submita writ tenapplication to the Minister through the Director General by enclosing~ a. Trading Business Ucense (SIUP); b. Corporate Regisby Number (TOP); c. organiC certificate obtained from domestic or overseas organic certification institutes already accredited by the Accreditation Board or Com petentAuthorities in thecountryor abroad, in the case of the export of riceasmeantin para graph(3) letter b; d. Recommendation from the Minister of Agricul tureor the appointed official, in the case of the exportof rice asmeantin paragraph (2) letter a andparagraph (3); e. Confirmation Order from prospective buyer abroad. (6) Based on the application as meant in paragraph (5), in the case of the riceas meantin paragraph (2) lettera, theMinister orDirector Generalonbehalf of theMinister shaY issueexportapproval per shi~ ment (7) Based on the application as meant in paragraph (5), in the case of the riceasmeantin paragraph (2) letterb, theMinister shall issue exportapproval effective for 3 (three) months. (8) Based on the application as meanl in paragraph (5), in the case of the rice asmeant in paragraph (3) letters a and b, the Minister or Director General on behalf of the Ministershall issue export approval effective for6 (siX) months. (9) The approval or rejection of theexportapplication as meant in paragraph (5) shall be issued in not laterthan5 (fIVe) working days asfromthedateof receipt of application completely. (10) Theexported riceasmeantin paragraph (2) and paragraph (3) shall be packed in.a package by mentioning identity ofcompany, produced in Indo nesia, Prime QualityjLevelof Broken. 2. The provision of Article 15 isamended so asto read as follows: Article 15 (1) The companies as meant in Article 4 paragraph (3), Article10 paragraph (2) letter a andletter b, aswell asArtide 10 paragraph (3) already secor ingimportorexportapproval of rice shall beobliged to convey report on the realization of the import andexportof rice, Whether realized or not, Inwrit ing to the Minister with a copymade available to: a. the ....• a. the Coordinating Minister for Economy; and b. the Minister of Agriculture. (2) Thereportasmeantin paragraph (1) shall be con veyed every month on the 15th of the ensuing month. 3.
