Regulation of the Minister of Forestry Number ON THE AMENDMENT TO REGULATION OF THE MIN P.44/Menhut-11/2008 on Technical Procedures for I ISTER OF FORESTRY NUMBER P.35/MENHUT-11/2012 Business News 8471 ! 10-25-2013 GOVERNMENT REGULATIONS CONCERNING THE UTILIZATION OF FORESTRY COUNSELING FACILITY AND INFRASTRUCTURE Article I Several provision in Regulation of the Minister of Forestry Number P.35/Menhut-11/2012 on Guid­ ance for the Utilization of Forestry Counseling Facility and Infrastructure (State Gazette of the Republic of Indonesia Year 2012 Number 823), shall be amended as follows: 1 . The provision of Article 4 is amended so that the article entirely reads as follows: Article 4 The forestry counseling facility and infrastructure as meant in Article 31 letter a shall consist of kinds of facility and infrastructure of: a. skilled-level forestry counselor; b. specialist-level forestry counselor; and c. institution executing forestry counseling. 2. The provision of Article 5 paragraphs ( 1) and (2) is amended and supplemented by a new para­ graph, namely paragraph (3) so that Article 5 en­ tirely reads as follows: Article 5 ( 1) Kinds of facility and infrastructure of the skilled-level forestry counselor as meant in Article 4 letter a shall cover, among others: a. working clothing, consisting of suit, trou- 1 ser, hat, shoe and raincoat; b. working case; (2) c. working book; d. working map; e digital camera; f. voice recorder; g. global positioning system (GPS); h. compass; i. notebook; j. calculator; k. soil tester; I. meter tape; m. hagameter; n. binocular; 0. motorcycle; and/or p. pilot unit. J Kinds of facility and infrastructure of the specialist-level forestry counselor as meant in Article 4 letter b shall cover, among oth ers: a. working clothing, consisting of suit, trou ser, hat, shoe and raincoat; b. working case; C. working book; d. working map; e digital camera; f. voice recorder; g. global positioning system (GPS); h. notebook; i. calculator; j. compass; k. motorcycle; and/or I. pilot unit. Business News 8471110-25-2013 25 26 GOVERNMENT REGULATIONS (3) Kind of facility and infrastructure of institu­ tion executing forestry counseling as meant in Article 4 letter c shall be in the form of four-wheel vehicle as vehicle of forestry counseling unit. Article II The ministerial regulation shall come into force as from the date of promulgation. For public cognizance, the ministerial regula­ tion shall be promulgated by placing it in State Ga­ zette of the Republic of Indonesia.
