P.45/MENHIJT-1I/2007 ON THE PRO CEDURE OF UCENONG EQUIPMENT USED IN THE EXPLOI TATION OF WOOD FORESTRY PRODUCTS FROM TIMBER ESlAlES IN PLANTATION· FORESTS. Article I Provisions in Regulation of the Forestry Minister No, P.~5/Menhut-II/2007 ddj. No. P.OZ/Menhut-II/ZOOB on the Procedure of Ucencing EqUipment Used in the Exploitation of Wood Forestry Products from limber Estates in Plantation Forests shall be amended as follows: 1. Provisions in Artinl'> Q ~gr.:lph (4), paragraph (5) and paragraph (6) shall be combined into 1 (one) new artide called Artide 9A which Is inserted between Article 9 and ArtIde 10 as follows: Artide 9A (1) In the event of permit holders who have wood for estty productstocks originatingfrom legal logging but the pennit of their equipment has aplred, applica nons for permits to collect, Iood end transport the wood shall be filed to the Head of the Provindal Of fice. (2) the Head of the Provindal OffIce shall issue the per mit'; ",s-referred to in paraora!lh (1) withthe validity period covering 8 (eight) months at the most since the deCision on the granting of the pennits is issued.
