(2.)Verification is an actiVity to prove, to compare amd test authenticityof document, existence of compaR,lI" actiVity of production and export as according 1m> permit which had by owner of ETPIK. (3)Surveyor is corporation business Which hasowned Letter of License of Survey of Effort Service (SIUJS) which is published by Departmentof Commeroe as signed to conduct Verification of ETPIK. Article 2 (1)Exportof certain forestry industry products shall only be conducted by owner of ETPIK. (2)Veriflcation shall be applied to companies already securing recognition "5 FTPIK. Article 3 (l)Verificatlon Isconducted by Officials of the Director ate General of Foreign Trade of the Ministry of Trade andDirectorate General of Forestry Production Devel opment of the Ministry of Forestry and/or by Inde pendent Surveyor stipulated by the Minister ofTrade. (2)ln the case of anticipation of not appropriate exist ence of data contained In document at the time of ETPIK proffering, v.:rification 5h,,11 be conducted by Functionary of DirectorateGeneral of Foreign Trade of Commerce Departmental, Directorate General of AgroIndustry and Chemistry Industry Departmental and Directorate General To Construct Production of Forpstry Departmentof Forestry and/or by Indepen dent Surveyor which is specified by Minister of Trade. Article4 (1)In the case of verification execution as reFerred in Article 2 isconducted bysurveyor, therefore surveyor is obliged to: 1. deliverForm to ETPIK by enclosing execution no ticeof verification from Department ofCommerce; 2. accepting Form asreferred in sentence 1whichis sentat least10(ten) working daybefore executed verification; 3. accepting Form which have been filled and equipped by ETPIK; 4. conducting field survey to ascertain the truth of Form which is submitted by ETPIK. (2) Form is the form as contained in Attachment I to this regulation. Value Investment; and d. Production facility. (2)Aspectof Legality Administration, covering: a. Minutes of Inspection and Recommendation; b. Industrial Permit; c. Corporate Registry Number (TOP); d. Taxpayer Code Number ( NPWP); and or e. Notary deed of establishment of the company and its amendment. (3)Technical Aspect covering: a. Type, amountand production of capacities; b. Type, amountand general condition of machine. (4)RawMaterial and Production Aspect covering: a. Plan and realization of raw material accomplish ment: amount, type and the source of raw mate rial comes from; b. Plan and realization of production. Business News 7561/9-14-2007 (5)Marketing Aspect covering: a. Plan and realization of home affairs marketing; b. Plan and realization of exporting marketing. (6)Obligation of reporting according to Article 10 of RegUlation of Ministerof Trade Number 09/M-DAG/ 2/2007 regarding Rule of Industrial Exporting Pro duct of Forestry. Article 6 Execution of verification is conducted by sur veyorshall consortby officialsof the Ministry of Trade. Article 7 (I)Result of verification poured in the form of Report Result of Verification of ETPIK (LHV ETPIK). (2)Report Form Result of Verification of ETPIK (LHV ETPIK) Is conducted by Functionary of Directorate General of Foreign Trade of Commerce Departmen tal, Directorate General of Agro Industry and Che mistry of Departmental of Industry and Directorate General of Forestry Production Development of the Ministry of Forestry as contained in Attachment II; (3)Report Form of Verification Result of ETPIK (LHV FTPTK) isconducted by surveyorascontained in At tachmentIII. Article 8 The verification result of ETPIK as referred in Article 7 sentence 1 is submitted to Departmental Di rector-General of Foreign Trade of Department of Com merce quarterly.
