Presidential Decree No. 55 of 1995 on the Granting of Fishing Vessels to the Indonesian Fishermen Association

THE PRESlIlENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA PRESIDENTIAL DECREE NO. 55 OF 1995 ; DATED AIJGUST 10, 1995 RE THE GRANTING or FISHING VESSELS TO THE INDONESIAN FISHERMEN ASSOCIATION THE PRESIDENTIAL OF THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA, Considering a. that on the basis of decisions of the Public Court of Tual dated April 19, 1995, six foreign fishing vessels and their equipment have been confiscated for use by the state; Bearing in mind 'I'll stipulate FIRSTLY b. that in order that the vessels can be utilised to the maximum, it is deemed more appropriate to grant the vessels to the Indonesian Fishermen Association so that they can be put to the best possible use for the promotion of capacity and welfare of Indonesian fishermen; c. that the implementation of this grant needs to be stipulated 10 a Presidential Decree. Article 4 paragraph (1) of the Constitution of 1945. HAS DECIDED: THE PRESIDENTIAL DECREE CONCERNING THE GRANTING Of' FISHING VESSELS TO THE INDONESIAN FISHERMEN ASSOCIATION. Six fishing vessels and their equipment, which based on six decisions of the Public Court of Tual respectively No. 155/Pid.B/1994/PN.TL, No. I 56/Pid.BI1994/PN.TL, No. I 57/Pid.BIl994/PN.TL, No. 158/Pid.BIl994/PN.TL. 2424 CAFl 109 / 21-~-199S. SECONDLY No. I W/Pid.B/1 994/PN.TL, No. 160/Pid.B/l994/PN.TL, dated April 19, 1995 have been confiscated for use by the state, shall be granted to the Indonesian Fishermen Association so that they can be put to the best possible use for the promotion of capacity and welfare of Indonesian fishermen. This Presidential Decree shall come into force as from the date of stipulation.
