16A THE CHANGE IN NAMES OF FORMULAS, ACTIVE AGENTS, APPLICATION DOSAGES AND KINDS OF PESTICIDES (Decree of the Minister of Agriculture No. 81/Kpts/SR.140/2/2007 dated February 8,2007) BY THE GRACE OF GOD ALMIGHiY THE MINISTER OF AGRICULTURE, Considering: a. that names of formulas, names of active agents and kinds of pesticides are also stipulated in the Decree of the Minister of Agriculture on Registration andL1 ..."nsing of Pesticides; b. that since codes of models of pesticides must be adjusted to the provisions Inforce,28 (twentyeight) pesticides change in codes of their formula models so asto change names of formulaof pesticides and one pesticide changes In name of active agent; c. that registration holder of one pestlcloe suomns application for changing application dosage; d. that registration holderof onepesticide submits ap plication for changing kindof pesticide; e. that based on the above mentioned matters, It Is necessary to change names of formulas, names of active agents and kinds of pesticides; In viewof: 1. Article 3 The pesticides with the old names as meant in Article1 may not be importedor produced in the coun try anymore. Article4 The pesticides with the old names as meant In. Article 1, already coming into the territory of the Re pubuc of Indonesia, only can bedistributed andused in accordance with the provisions in force, not later than oneyear as from the date of stipulationof this decree. Article 5 In the case of the pesticides with the old names as meantInArticle 1 beingnot used up in the period as meant in Article4, the pesticides shall be taken out of the territory of the Republic of Indonesia or destroyed by the owners or controlling parties in accordance with the proVisions in force. Article 6 The decree shall come Into force as from the date of stipulation.
