Decree of the Minister of Agriculture No. 406/Kpts/SR140/6/2004 RE revocation of pesticide registrations and licenses

REVOCATION OF REGISTRATION AND LICENSES OF PESTICIDES (Decree of the Minister of Agriculture No. 406/Kpts/SR.140/6/2004 dated June 14,2004) THE MINISTER OF AGRICULTURE, Considering: a. that registry holders of pesticide formulas have submitted applications for revoking registration and licenses of pesti cides becoming their responsibility; b. that pesticides formulas have been replaced by similar formulas; c. that based on the above mentioned matters, it is deemed necessary to revoke registration and licenses of the pesticides as meant in letters a and b; In view of: 1. DECIDES: To stipulate : THE DECREE OF THE MINISTER OF AGRICULTURE ON RE VOCATION OF REGISTRATION AND LICENSES OF PESTI CIDES. Article 1 (l)To revoke registration and licenses of the pesticides as contained in the attachment to this decree. (2)The pesticides as meant in paragraph (1) cannot be imported and/or produced in the country anymore. Article 2 The pesticides as meant in Article 1 already im ported and/or produced in the country before the stipula tion of this decree still can be distributed and used in ac cordance with the provisions in force not later than one year from the date of stipulation of this year. Article 3 In the case of the pesticides as meant in Article 1 being not used up in the period as meant in Article 2, the pesticides shall be taken out from the territory of the Re public of Indonesia or destroyed by their owners or con trolling parties in accordance with the provisions in force.
