Decree of the Minister of Agriculture No. 402/Kpts/SR140/6/2004 RE registration and grant of license on extensive use of pesticides

REGISTRATION AND GRANT OF LICENSE ON EXTENSIVE USE OF PESTICIDES (Decree of Minister of Agriculture No. 402/Kpts/SR.140/6/2004 dated June 14, 2004) MINISTER OF AGRICULTURE, Considering: a. that, to fulfill the need for pesticides, which are relatively safe and effective, for various purposes it is necessary to extend the use of certain registered pesticides; b. that, the latest trial data shows that pesticides as contained in the Appendix to this Decree may be used effectively for new purposes that have not been provided in the existing licenses; c. that, based on the matters as set forth above, it is necessary to grant license on extensive use of pesticides.
