(2) Thepermanent license referred to in paragraph (l) is valid for fIVe (5) years, effective as of the date this Regulation is issued. (3) The pesticides referred to in paragraph (1) based on the data and infonnation provlded in thE!appliCCltion for registration that containactIVe substance suchas referredto in column 2 and having a kind of formula asset forth incolumn 3 in the Attachment tothis Deci sion. (1) Re-registration of pesticides as referred to in Artide 1, mustbe submitted inwritingwithin90 (ninety)work ing days prior to expiry of the license referred to in paragraph (1).
