Decree of the Maritime and Fisheries Minister No. KEP.24/MEN/ 2002 on the Procedure and Method of Making Regulations at the Maritime and Fisheries Ministry; DECiDES: To stipulate: DECREE OF THE MARITIME AND FISHERIES MIN~ ISTER ON THE DESIGNATiON OF MINAPOLITAN ZONES. FIRSTLY ~ The Maritime and fisheries Minister shall des ignate 197 regem;ies/muniGipalities in 33 provinces as zones for the development of minapolitan as re ferred to in Attachment to this Ministerial Decree. SECONDLY: The development of minapolitan zones as re ferred to in the FIRST dictum shall be done in stages from 2010 to 2014. THIRDLY: With the coming into force of this Ministerial Decree, Decree of the Maritime and Fisheries Minister No. KEP.41/MEN/2009 on the Dosignotion of Loca tions for Minapolitan shalt be declared null and void.
