(Enacted 1992) SECT 2 Declaration of North Western Water Control Zone VerDate:30/06/1997 That part of Hong Kong described in the Schedule is declared to be a water control zone for the purposes of the Ordinance, and is to be known as the North Western Water Control Zone. (Enacted 1992) SECT 3 Designation of Authority VerDate:30/06/1997 The Director of Environmental Protection is designated as the Authority for the North Western Water Control Zone.
