NATURE PROTECTION (DESIGNATION OF MARINE NATURE AREA) ORDER 2014 (LN. 2014/181) Commencement 1.1.2015 Amending enactments Relevant current provisions Commencement date In exercise of the powers conferred upon it section 18(2) of the Nature Protection Act 1991, and after consultation with the Nature Conservancy Council, the Government has made the following Order Title and commencement. 1. This Order may be cited as the Nature Protection (Designation of Marine Nature Area) Order 2014 and comes into operation on 1 January 2015. Designation of marine nature area. 2.(1) For the purposes of this Order, the area comprising BGTW is designated as a marine nature area. (2) In this Order “BGTW” has the meaning given to it in section 2(1) of the Nature Protection Act 1991.
