SEEDS (CERTIFICATION AND STANDARDS) (AMENDMENT) REGULATIONS, 2001 (1677) IN exercise of the powers conferred on the Minister responsible for Food and Agriculture by section 8 of the Seeds (Certification and Standards Decree, 1972 (NRCD 100) this regulation is made this 20th day of June, 2001. Regulation 1—Registration certificates and related fees. The fees specified in column 2 of the Schedule to this Regulation shall he payable for registration and issue of certificates in respect of services specified in column 1 of the Schedule.
