That t h e areas of the seashore s e t o u t i n the schedule attached t o t h i s Order be desiganted Licensed Fisheries i n accurhnce with t h e Ordinance of 1987. 2. In t h i s Order, t h e expression " the O r d i ~ n c e of 1987" means t h e Fishing (Licensing and Protection of Fisheries) Ordinance, 1987, and any other expressions have t h e same meanings a s i n the Ordinance of 1987. 3. The Interpretat ion (Guernsey) Law, 1948 (b) , shall apply t o t h e interpretat ion of t h i s Order as it appl ies t o t h e interpretat ion of an enactmnt. 4. This Order may tx? cited as t h e Fishing (&signation of Fisheries) Order, 1991. 5. This Order s h a l l corne i n to force on the twenty-seventh day of Febrmry 1991.
