THE STATES AGRICULTURAL AND MILK MARKETING BOARD, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 10 of the Animals and Animal Products (Import and Export) Ordinance, 1952, as amended(a) and now vested in the Board(b), hereby orders: 1. In Article 2 of the Animal Products Importation Order, 1985(c) between "Botswana" and "Swaziland" there is inserted "Namibia". 2. The Interpretation (Guernsey) Law, 1948(d) applies to the interpretation of this Order as it (a) Recueil dlOrdonnances Tome X, p.178; Tome XIII, pp.251 and 292. (b) by virtue of the States Committee for Agriculture (Transfer of Functions) Ordinance, 1987 (Ordinance No. VI of 1987). (c) S.I. 1985 No. 24. (d) Ordres en Conseil Vol. XIII, p.355. applies to the interpretation of an enactment. 3. This Order may be cited as the Animal Products Importation (Amendment) Order, 1991. 4. This Order and the Animal Products Importation Order, 1985 may be cited together as the Animal Products Importation Orders, 1985 and 1991. 5. This order shall come into force on 17th April 1991.
