LA GRENADE 6th January, 2015. Governor-General. AN ACT to amend the Environmental Levy Act Cap. 90B. [9th January, 20151 BE IT ENACTED by the Queen's Most Excellent Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Senate and House of Representatives and by the authority of the same as follows 1. This Act may be cited as the— Short title. ENVIRONMENTAL LEVY (AMENDMENT) ACT, 2015. Interpretation. 2. In this Act— "principal Act" means the Environmental Levy Act Cap. 90B. Amendment 3. Section 3 of the principal Act is amended— of Section 3 of principal Act. 28 Act 6 Environmental Levy (Amendment) 2015 (a) in sub-sections (1) and (2) by deleting the words "Second Schedule" where they appear and substituting therefor the words "Third Schedule"; and (b) in sub-section (3) by inserting the word "Third" before the word "Schedule". Amendment 4. Section 5 of the principal Act is amended by— of section 5 of principal Act (a) inserting the figure "(1)" after the figure "5"; (b) inserting the words "Subject to sub-section (2) and section 7" before the words "the proceeds"; and (c) inserting the following after sub-section (1)— "(2) The levy payable on tyres shall not be paid over to the Authority." Amendment 5. Section 8 of the principal Act is amended by— of section 8 of principal Act. (a) deleting the word "of' after the word "First"; and (b) inserting the words "or Third" after the word "Second". Amendment a 6. Section 11A of the principal Act is amended by deleting section 11A of principal Act. sub-section (2). Passed by the House of Representatives this 13th day of November, 2014.
